If you have purchased the e-book a download will be send to your email address almost immediately.
If you have purchased our paperback version, your book will be shipped the next working day.
If you did not receive the download link/email, please first check your spam/trash folder if you still can not find it please use our contact page to contact us.
Shop for the item you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out.
Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Your book will be shipped the next working day, delivery time depends on the country/location you are living in.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or refund an order made for our e-book once it has been placed. The reason is that a download link is dispatched instantly and it is not possible for us to verify if you have downloaded our book already.
In case of our Paperback version we will allow cancelations if it is made before we ship your book. In case we have already dispatched your order can can still offer a refund but you are responsible for the return postage cost.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
